15/10/07 November cometh quickly Without much thought it seems that November has arrived, surprisingly with much rain and cold as ever before. As we rock on, I think of summer, TANKINIS AND SHORTS AND SANDALS – now we must bid them adieu for another time. A time in which cottony clouds of humidity have formed a peaceful halo around our heads. A time when a welcome dip in the pool or a quick escape into the salty seas of our fair Bahamaland are a welcome treat at the end of a scorching day. Yet softly November comes creeping like a predator. Next the bustle of Christmas and then… maybe I’m too far ahead. Today – I only wait finally for , the mothball filled sweater with too much dryer lint from last year’s wear and tear. Hopefully I won’t be needing it much at all, and we will have a beautifully warm winter .☺ Saraan
